Lillian GY Choy

I am a UK trained Stroke Physician, with dual accreditation in Geriatric and General Internal Medicine before completing a 6 month stroke fellowship at St George’s Hospital in London in 2010. I subsequently worked for over 10 years as a Consultant Stroke Physician, initially at Kingston Hospital and then at St George’s Hospital, a regional neuroscience centre, with a focus on hyperacute stroke management and comprehensive stroke unit care. In 2023, I joined the Department of Neurology at Waikato Hospital in New Zealand. My current interests include acute stroke care, quality improvement and multidisciplinary education.
