Beth Crane
Beth has delivered the StrokeLink and Living Well After Stroke/TIA programs across Tasmania for the past three years. She is passionate about driving change in stroke care, improving health literacy in Tasmania and supporting health professionals to provide evidence‑based treatment that improves outcomes for people following stroke or TIA.
Prior to this, Beth worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist across a wide range of settings, including The Canberra Hospital, the University of Canberra, and Uniting Care AgeWell programs in New South Wales. She has extensive experience in private practice, delivering tailored exercise programs for individuals living with chronic conditions through DVA, private referral pathways, and the NDIS.
Beth brings a strong background in chronic disease management and prevention, rehabilitation, and person‑centred care, with a commitment to improving participation and quality of life for people living with stroke and other complex health conditions.
