Sophie Weaver
Sophie Weaver (she/her) works at the intersection of lived experience engagement, co-design and research partnerships at Stroke Foundation. She partners with people with lived experience, researchers and health professionals to ensure lived experience meaningfully shapes research, programs and organisational practice.
Drawing on a background in community services and working alongside diverse communities, Sophie specialises in designing inclusive engagement processes that enable meaningful participation and shared decision-making. She also brings her own lived experience of stroke, combining professional expertise with personal insight to help create more person-centred and equitable health research and services.
